Effective Date: 2025

1. Enrollment

Membership is subject to review and approval. IBOSSIM may decline, suspend, or discontinue membership at its discretion where appropriate.

By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2. Benefits

Membership benefits vary by tier and may include access to concierge, lifestyle, event, and partnership services. Specific offerings may change over time as the IBOSSIM ecosystem evolves.

Access to experiences, venues, and collaborators is always subject to availability, partner approval, and any applicable local regulations. Benefits are not guaranteed and may differ by city or season.

3. Billing

Membership fees are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Unless otherwise specified, memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available at the time of renewal.

4. Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting IBOSSIM through the channels described in your membership onboarding or in your account settings.

  • Monthly plans: You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Quarterly plans: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current quarter. No mid-term refunds apply unless required by law.
  • Annual plans: Cancellation becomes effective at the next renewal date. No mid-term refunds apply unless required by law.
  • Retainer or custom agreements: Any special cancellation or notice terms are defined in the relevant agreement and prevail over this section where different.

5. Refunds

Except where otherwise stated in a specific agreement or required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Refund considerations for retainer or project-based engagements are governed by the terms of those specific contracts.

6. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to use IBOSSIM services respectfully and in line with any venue, partner, and local regulations. In particular, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
  • Respect staff, partners, and other guests at IBOSSIM experiences.
  • Avoid abusive, unlawful, or excessive use of services or requests that may impact other members or partners.

7. Service Availability

IBOSSIM provides membership services on a best-effort basis. Experiences, reservations, and responses are subject to availability, lead times, and operational constraints.

While IBOSSIM aims to support members proactively, no specific response time, outcome, or availability level is guaranteed unless stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Termination

IBOSSIM may suspend or terminate membership, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: misuse of services, violation of policies or venue rules, harassment or abuse, non-payment, or misuse of confidential information.

You may also request termination of your membership at any time; any outstanding fees or obligations accrued prior to the effective termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Membership Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Amendments

IBOSSIM may update these Membership Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, operations, or applicable law. When material changes are made, IBOSSIM will provide notice through the website or via email where appropriate.

Continued use of your membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
